Mission
Our mission is to spark hope and passion in the heart of under-resourced an at-risk teens inspiring courage, creativity, collaboration and care for thier communities through the art and science of filmmaking.
Filmmaking is a unique craft, in that it inspires creativity while requiring collaboration and commitment to be successful. This is what makes filmmaking so great as the vehicle on the path to success for students.
Vision
The goal of the Teen Storytellers Project is to expand the current Digital Gym into a vibrant creative hub in Everett, WA. With our new mobile filmmaking units we are working to reach students in remote locations including those in the correctional system. We hope to assist in the development of digital gyms throughout the Pacific Northwest staffed with quality adult instructor-mentors multiplying our ability to serve under-resourced and at-risk teens.
